The cornerstone of our success is our Account Service Team. Our Account Representatives have an average of 15 years of experience working in or with our client dealerships. Each has exceeded $1,000 F&I per retail unit prior to joining Ethos Group (our current standard is $1,500). Many have risen to the level of Sales Manager, General Sales Manager and General Manager in their retail careers. They are able to consistently communicate our philosophies and principles because they all (with one exception) have worked at an Ethos client dealership. To provide superior service each Account Representative services only a limited number of dealerships.
Our Account Representatives are employees of Ethos Group. We do not use agents.
Ethos does business in 30 states and our Account Representatives are located near our clients' stores. Our philosophy is to limit the overnight travel of our Representatives. This contributes to the stability and longevity of our field force.
Every Account Representative works closely with a Mentor and a Sales Trainer to provide multiple perspectives on each client dealership. Each of our Mentors has over 20 years of experience working together, either in or with our client dealerships. They have set the Account Representative standard, have held significant leadership roles in successful dealerships, and have proven their skill in teaching dealership managers and newer Account Representatives to be more successful than themselves. Through this collaboration each store’s unique game plan is closely monitored, assuring our clients' goals are achieved. This system positions our team to tap into a wealth of knowledge and experience to overcome challenges and take advantage of opportunities.
Sales Training Representatives
Ethos Group Sales Trainers have extensive knowledge of dealership front end management. Each trainer has sold automobiles, worked in the finance office, managed sales and held upper management positions at our client dealerships prior to working with Ethos Group. Our Sales Training Representatives focus on the unit/gross potential, developing people and sales process implementation within our client base. They work side by side with the Account Representatives to maximize our clients' sales and finance profit potential.
Ethos Group Compliance Representatives have experience in dealership management and compliance procedures. Our Representatives provide a comprehensive web-based solution for all EEOC, OSHA, OFAC, Red Flag guidelines and Gramm-Leach Bliley Privacy Act, and employee required training courses. Other components of the program include development of an online employee handbook, online forms, and a toll-free employee hotline. Our Representatives also act as a liaison between the HR Hotline and the client.
Service Department Representatives
Ethos Group Service Department Representatives (SDR) analyze and assess profitability of the fixed operations function; determine areas for potential improvement such as budgeting, expense control, service advisor sales training; and assist the dealership in implementing recommended improvements. SDRs meet with our client dealerships on-site and review claim reports, anaysis and benchmarking, and trends with dealership management.
