As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process. We are seeking enthusiastic, professional, and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Spend time with customers to determine needs and discuss vehicle options
Build strong product knowledge and become an expert on vehicle features and technology
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text
Respond to online leads and set appointments
Maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat and referral business
Maintain CRM activity and accurate customer records
Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required
Deliver a transparent, pressure-free, and customer-focused buying experience
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence and a strong desire to succeed in a performance-based environment
High energy, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven sales environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required
5-day work week - must work every Saturday
