Job Title: Client Product Specialist - Entry Level City, State, Location: Chicago, IL and Atlanta, GA

The Client Product Specialist is an entry-level, client-facing role for someone who is organized, professional, and interested in growing within the compliance field. In this position, you will support assigned clients by conducting on-site audits, documenting observations, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting with follow-up and training. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience with compliance programs while developing client service, process improvement, and regulatory support skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Client Support & Relationship Building: Serve as a reliable point of contact for assigned clients, helping answer questions, provide support, and build positive working relationships.

  • Compliance Reviews & Reporting: Conduct scheduled on-site compliance reviews, document observations, identify potential areas of concern, and assist with preparing clear, practical recommendations.

  • Training & Presentations: Develop and deliver compliance-related training and presentations to client teams and internal partners.

  • Process Support: Assist clients with implementing compliance processes and best practices while helping ensure follow-up items are completed timely and accurately.

  • Issue Identification & Follow-Up: Work with clients and internal team members to identify concerns, gather information, and help coordinate solutions.

  • Project & Resource Support: Support projects by conducting research, organizing resources, and helping create materials that assist clients with compliance expectations.

  • Client Solution Awareness: As experience is gained, recognize opportunities to introduce clients to appropriate compliance solutions, resources, or services that may provide additional value and support.


Qualifications:


  • Industry Experience: One to two years of customer service, operations, HR, training, dealership, or compliance-related experience is preferred.

  • Interest in Compliance: Willingness to learn about client compliance programs, business risk, internal processes, and regulatory expectations.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.

  • Client-Focused Mindset: Ability to build positive relationships, listen to client needs, and provide helpful support.

  • Organization & Follow-Through: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized while traveling and working independently.

  • Self-Motivation: Comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities, asking questions, and continuing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technology Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software applications.


Education & Additional Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.

  • Travel: Ability to travel weekly to client locations for on-site assessments, training, and follow-up support. Overnight travel required based on client location and business needs.

  • Location: Based in Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA

  • Training: Initial in-person training will take place at our corporate office in Irving, TX.
