About the Role
Ethos Group is seeking a Business Analyst (Project Management Focus) to join our Process Automation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both people and processes. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to identify opportunities for improvement, gather requirements, manage multiple concurrent projects, and help deliver technology, automation, and AI-powered solutions that drive efficiency across the organization.
What You'll Do
· Lead multiple projects simultaneously from discovery through implementation.
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
· Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
· Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and solution documentation.
· Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and priorities across multiple initiatives.
· Coordinate efforts between business users and technical teams.
· Drive process improvement, automation, and AI initiatives.
· Support Agile/Scrum delivery practices and backlog management.
· Help identify opportunities where automation and AI technologies can improve business processes and user experiences.
Qualifications
Required
· Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
· 1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Process Improvement, or related role.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate shifting priorities.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
Preferred
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management practices.
· Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and process improvement.
· Experience supporting software development, system implementation, or automation projects.
· Knowledge of AI technologies, generative AI tools, or AI-assisted business processes.
· Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, workflow automation, or similar business productivity technologies.
