We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Dealership Support team. In this full-time role, you’ll handle inbound calls and provide friendly, professional customer assistance for clients and dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:Â Â
Respond to inbound calls from customers, dealerships, and repair facilities with professionalism and empathy
Listen carefully to customer concerns and provide accurate, helpful information about service coverage and next steps
Enter and update customer information in our system to ensure clear records and smooth follow-up
Process cancels received via email or through our Portal
Collaborate with internal team members to resolve customer questions and ensure timely support
Contribute to a positive team environment by taking initiative and helping where needed
Qualifications:Â Â
Excellent communication skills — friendly, professional, and confident on the phone
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
Previous experience in customer service with excellent communication skills and a knack for resolving issues effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and Windows Explorer
Interest in learning more about the automotive industry (no prior experience required)
Typing proficiency of 40+ words per minute
Team player who is adaptable, dependable, and eager to grow Â
